Exclusively through our online reservation portal. Only whole tables can be reserved. Booking opens in late April / early May.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, the reserved table may be given to other guests.

No, bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.

Admission to the festival tent is only possible with a valid reservation confirmation and admission wristband. Please arrive on time for the start of your reservation — reserved seats are held for a maximum of 20 minutes. Your vouchers and wristbands are sent to you in advance by insured courier.

The Fischer-Vroni festival tent is located directly on Wirtsbudenstraße next to the main entrance of the Theresienwiese. There are three entrances: West (Wirtsbudenstraße), South (by the fish restaurant) and North. Look out for the stork’s nest on the roof. All details can be found on our location page.

Yes, in addition to boxes, gallery and main hall there is also our beer garden in front of the tent.

We recommend public transport. S-Bahn: Hackerbrücke, U-Bahn: Theresienwiese (U4/U5).

Lost items are forwarded to the general Oktoberfest lost-and-found the following day.

Vouchers are valid for all Oktoberfest days as well as the autumn Auer Dult until 31 October of the respective year. Any remaining balance is not paid out in cash.

No, changes are not possible. A new request must be submitted without any guarantee of availability.

Only whole tables can be reserved – with a fixed reservation slot, the applicable minimum spend and flexible seat allocation. Unfortunately there is no “Wiesn for two” at the Oktoberfest.

In the reservation portal you can select areas (boxes, gallery or main hall) as a preference, but not specific tables. We try to accommodate your wish but cannot guarantee it.

The costs consist of the minimum spend per person (in vouchers), a handling fee per person and the shipping costs for vouchers and admission tickets per delivery address. You receive the invoice by e-mail; after payment, vouchers and admission tickets are sent.

The invoice issued with the reservation confirmation must be paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card. You then receive the admission tickets and vouchers.

Registration takes place as part of the booking in the reservation portal. Your customer number is assigned automatically.

At any time in your customer account in the reservation portal. Please check the billing address carefully – especially for company reservations.

Unfortunately we cannot answer every request – especially requests for the evenings far exceed our capacity.

On the day of your reservation, screens at the tent entrances show your assigned table. Our guest service team is happy to help.

Unfortunately not – when your reservation slot ends we kindly ask you to make the table available for the next reservation.
