Terms and conditions

• The promoter is Karl Winter OHG (Fischer-Vroni), Konradinstraße 8, 81543 Munich, Germany.
• Open to persons aged 18 or over residing in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Employees of Karl Winter OHG and their relatives are excluded.
• To enter, follow @fischer_vroni_festzelt on Instagram, share your own photo related to Fischer-Vroni with the hashtag #aufzurfischervroni and send us the same photo via Instagram direct message with the keyword FESTWAGEN2027. Any number of photos per person is accepted, but each person is entered into the draw only once.
• By submitting, you confirm that you own the rights to the image and that all persons depicted agree to its publication, and you grant Karl Winter OHG the right to publish the photo on the Fischer-Vroni website and social media channels.
• The prize: two seats on the Fischer-Vroni festival float in the 2027 Wiesn opening parade (parade of the Oktoberfest landlords). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
• The winner is selected by random draw and notified by Instagram direct message or e-mail. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn.
• This prize draw is in no way connected to Instagram/Meta and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram in any way.
• Your data is processed exclusively for the purpose of running the prize draw and deleted afterwards. Information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.
• The judges' decision is final; legal recourse is excluded.
